Our deluxe chicken coop comes with it all. It is 7.5′ wide and 20′ long, with a 3′ overhang on the front. It has an enclosed area of 7.5×8. The run area is 7.5×14. This model comes in walk-in only. This coop offers so many great features including: double man front door into enclosed area, a single man door from the coop to the run, single man door from outside to the run, an automatic chicken door and 6ft tall side walls. We have to mention the exterior of this deluxe coop! The stained or painted exterior with the added flower boxes under the windows make this the perfect design to fit any backyard landscape. This style also comes with an electrical package that includes lighting and a weather tight plug.

Level ground is recommended for chicken coops and run-ins. Blocks are recommended for small sheds and cabins. Level gravel or a concrete pad is best for larger buildings 12' wide and up. Our professional delivery and install team will do their best to satisfy you with positioning your building.
