Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by location. Check with your local building department or HOA to determine if a permit is necessary for your shed size and type.
How do I prepare the site for delivery & installation?
Customers are responsible for site leveling and preparation. Site preparation is vital to ensure the long life of your outdoor structure. Before your new outdoor structure can be delivered, the site must be properly prepared. The area should be clear of any tree limbs or brush and have a clear path for delivery.
Can I customize the design?
Yes, we offer custom builds. You can choose the color, roof style, door types, and other features to match your preferences.
How long does it take to receive my building?
Generally most structures take 2 to 4 weeks.
Can electricity be added?
Yes, we can install electricity. Give us a call or text for a qoute to add electrical to your preferred building.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer in-house refinancing options.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5 year workmanship warranty and 40 year metal roof warranty.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery within 35 miles of our lot. Contact us for long distance delivery costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. We also offer financing.
Our Structures
Chicken Coops
We build both raised and walk-in chicken coops from solid, high quality lumber. Our sizes are 4’x8′ up to 10’x30′ but also build custom coops to fit your needs.
Greenhouses
Our Gothic style greenhouses block less sun, are stronger and more air tight. These greenhouses are more easy to heat than the average greenhouse.
Run-In Sheds
Protect your animals from the harsh weather. Run-Ins are great for horses, cows, alpaca, goats, sheep and more. Prebuilt and custom sizes available.
Rustic Cabins
Our rustic cabins are custom built using solid high quality lumber with many options and features.
Metal Buildings
Amish made sheds using the classic designs with door and window options provides plenty of room to meet your storage needs.
Site Preparation & Delivery
Level ground is recommended for chicken coops and run-ins. Blocks are recommended for small sheds and cabins. Level gravel or a concrete pad is best for larger buildings 12' wide and up. Our professional delivery and install team will do their best to satisfy you with positioning your building.
